I'm Skyler Laliberte, a Registered Nurse with 11 years of experience and a passion for helping people reconnect with their health and well-being.
Throughout my nursing career, I've come to believe that the health of our nervous system is foundational to how we feel, function, and experience the world. This belief led me to pursue specialized training in LENS Neurofeedback through Ochs Labs, as well as Functional Medicine training through the Integrative Nurse Coaching Academy in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
My approach to care is holistic and individualized, recognizing that our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being are deeply interconnected. With a background in conventional nursing and functional medicine, I understand the importance of looking beyond symptoms to explore the underlying factors influencing our health.
My passion lies in supporting the brain and nervous system to cultivate greater regulation, resilience, and overall well-being. I believe healing is about more than symptom relief. It's about creating the space to feel more like yourself, move through life with greater energy and ease, and experience deeper connection with yourself and others.
